Job summary

SOFTSWISS in Warsaw is seeking an L1 Support Engineer to reinforce the IT Support team. You will manage workplace devices, provisioning, access control, and basic problem resolution on Windows and Mac systems.

You will document processes, configure accounts, assist with equipment sourcing, and coordinate with service providers. This hands-on role requires proactive ownership and strong Windows fundamentals, plus English at least B1.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience working with Windows systems in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
Understanding of antivirus basics.
Understanding of Windows security concepts.
English proficiency level B1 or higher.

Responsibilities

Receive and transfer corporate equipment and peripherals for repair per procedures.
Maintain and update the corporate equipment fleet and assist in procurement.
Provide setup and initial configuration of corporate equipment for new employees (Windows/macOS).
Create user accounts in AD, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack using automation tools.
Troubleshoot application and system software issues on user devices.
Coordinate with service providers for hardware/software escalations.
Assist in sourcing equipment compliant with corporate standards.
Prepare, configure, and document IT assets and processes.
