Job summary

Euronet Warsaw is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide expert end-user assistance, manage incidents, and support onboarding/offboarding processes. The role focuses on maintaining robust Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.

You will administrate Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows 11 endpoints, while driving automation with PowerShell and collaborating on security and IT projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, endpoint management, or IT administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, IT asset management, and maintenance of corporate devices and inventories.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and manage Windows 11 endpoints, software deployment, and patching.
• Implement and monitor endpoint security, compliance policies, MDM/MAM, and access governance activities.
• Contribute to IT security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, audits, compliance requirements, and incident response processes.

How You 'll Make an Impact

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or IT administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, task automation, endpoint security, and core infrastructure technologies (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, with experience using ticketing systems and a good command of English.
