Job summary

KION Group invites you to join its Kraków IT Service Hub for a 12-month ITSM internship, offering hands-on experience in data analytics, ServiceNow, CMDB, asset management, and ITSM processes. The role requires 4th-year students in CS/Data Science, with at least 20h/week availability, and a proactive attitude in a global enterprise IT environment.

Qualifications

• Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, complex data sets.
• Understanding of data analytics methodologies, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions from trends.
• Some experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Interest in ITSM, digital platforms, and process improvement.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ITSM data and build reports/dashboards.
• Support ITSM process documentation and improvements.
• Assist with ServiceNow ITSM configurations and operational activities.
• Contribute to CMDB and Asset Management data quality efforts.
• Support Discovery-related analysis and data validation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on daily ITSM tasks.
