Job summary

KION Group in Kraków is offering an ITSM Intern role to support data analytics, ServiceNow configurations, CMDB and asset management within a global ITSM environment.

The internship provides hands-on experience, collaboration with global IT teams, and exposure to data-driven IT operations and reporting, while developing skills in ITSM processes and platform fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large, complex data sets.
• Understanding of data analytics methodologies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ITSM data and build reports/dashboards.
• Support ITSM process documentation and improvements.
• Assist with ServiceNow ITSM configurations and operational activities.
• Contribute to CMDB and Asset Management data quality efforts.
• Support Discovery-related analysis and data validation.

This role offers hands on experience in data analytics, ServiceNow, CMDB, asset management, and key ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ITSM data and build reports/dashboards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week
• Strong analytical skills and high comfort working with large, complex data sets
• Understanding of data analytics methodologies , data interpretation, and drawing conclusions from trends
• Some experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Interest in ITSM, digital platforms, and process improvement
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, ITSM concepts or ServiceNow
