Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is offering an internship within our IT/Global Business Services team for students.

You will support run and build of applications used by the Supply Chain Management department, collaborating with Service Managers, Application Managers and Analysts to understand and improve processes. The ideal candidate is enrolled at university, fluent in English and Polish, and eager to learn IT tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Global Business Services (GBS), Business Analyst, Project Management or related field.
• Proficient in English and Polish.
• Strong interest in IT tools and technologies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and reliable.
• Familiarity with Excel, Visual Basic, and Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to queries from suppliers, managers, and other business units.
• Assist in application testing, issue reporting, and providing user feedback.
• Monitor IT project progress and share timely updates with relevant parties.
