CD PROJEKT RED is hiring an IT Assets Hardware Operations & Warehouse Specialist to join the IT Asset Management team in Warsaw. You will deliver cutting‑edge technology to users, maintain hardware/software, and ensure smooth daily operations within the studio.

The role requires 2+ years in IT operations or related fields, strong Polish, and good English. Expect rigorous asset tracking, invoicing, lifecycle planning, and collaboration with partners in a fully in‑office setup in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in IT operations, ITAM, IT support or logistics.
• Conversational level of English.
• Very good knowledge of Polish.
• Accurately carry out tasks and maintain records.
• Well-developed organisation and coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory of IT assets up to date.
• Report IT assets stock and risks to IT management.
• Maintain transparent assets tracking documentation.
• Settle IT related invoices.
• Support IT processes.
• Plan lifecycle management of all IT resources.
• Cooperate with external partners.
