Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
• Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365 and ITSM systems.
• C1 level in English.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide.
• Handle reported IT service requests and incidents.
• Ensure swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in different IT projects.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders worldwide as part of the Global IT Service Desk team.
