Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Retail Support Specialist (POS) to provide store IT support across our retail network in Poland. You will configure and deploy store hardware, troubleshoot issues, and support software rollouts.

The role offers a permanent contract and a hybrid work model, with two office days per week, and occasional travel to stores. Fluent Polish and English are required; experience with POS systems and retail IT is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or POS support.
• Experience supporting retail stores and POS hardware.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for stores and retail systems.
• Configure and deploy store hardware and peripherals (terminals, scanners, printers, laptops, tablets).
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Support software updates, upgrades and rollouts.
• Participate in IT projects and new store implementations.
• Deliver remote and on-site support as needed.
• Train store employees on IT systems and tools.

Job description

For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of: IT Retail Support Specialist (POS) – K/M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for stores and retail systems
• Support and maintain POS/ePOS environments
• Configure and deploy store hardware (payment terminals, scanners, printers, laptops, tablets, etc.)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
• Support software updates, upgrades, and system rollouts
• Participate in retail IT projects and new store implementations
• Manage store user profiles and system access
• Deliver remote and occasional on-site support
• Train store employees on IT systems and tools

What We\'re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Retail IT, POS Support, or a similar role
• Experience supporting retail stores, POS systems, or store infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of POS/ePOS systems, hardware deployment, and end-user support
• Experience with system upgrades, migrations, or IT rollouts
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Availability for occasional business travel

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CEGID, POS LUCAS, Retilia, WinSHOP, Buetema Inventory, SAP, Oracle, or similar retail solutions
• Previous experience in an international retail environment
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-country operations
