Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives across manufacturing and global teams in Kraków. The role focuses on initiating, planning, and delivering IT projects with strong stakeholder engagement and governance oversight.

You will drive performance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adopting Agile and PMP-aligned practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience working in manufacturing environments
• Proven track record delivering projects across global organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow SPPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma
