Spyro Soft in Poland is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects. You will manage two to three delivery streams within a client account and coordinate multiple teams.
The role requires a strong project management toolkit with technical understanding, experience in the manufacturing domain, and excellent English. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and margins, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a large enterprise software project or two to three delivery streams within an established client account.
The ideal candidate combines a strong project management toolkit with genuine technical understanding. You may have started your career in software engineering, data, systems or another technical role before moving into project management. Experience in the manufacturing domain would be particularly valuable.
You will be responsible for delivering the agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality and margin. The typical setup includes two to three teams of approximately 15–20 people in total and an annual budget of EUR 1–3 million.
At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software delivery, including a minimum of 2 years leading projects of a comparable scale
Proven end-to-end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget and delivery margin across both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery practices, supported by experience in actively improving processes rather than simply following them
Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in at least one technology environment: cloud, .NET, Java or data engineering
Experience contributing to bids and proposals, including effort estimates, delivery approaches and staffing plans
Excellent English skills at C1 level
Confidence in using AI tools to support day-to-day project management and delivery activities
Flexibility to occasionally overlap with US working hours
Manufacturing background: MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, ERP
Exposure to AI/ML delivery (predictive maintenance, computer vision, GenAI/RAG) as PM or PO
Data/analytics projects
Hands-on engineering background
Deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, budget, quality standards and target margin
Lead project planning and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
Own day-to-day communication with the client’s delivery stakeholders, escalating commercial matters to the Program Manager when needed
Provide regular updates on delivery progress, budget utilisation and financial forecasts
Support offer preparation by contributing project estimates, delivery models and key risk assumptions
