Job summary

LAPP Group is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Wroclaw. You will support MM projects, analyze requirements, and implement MM solutions per standards, while handling incidents and collaborating with cross-functional teams including SD, EWM, and FI/CO.

You will contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and inventory management processes and assist in end-user training and documentation. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of SAP MM experience.
• Understanding procurement and inventory processes.
• Experience with SAP MM configuration and support.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with SD, QM, EWM/WM, PP, FI/CO.
• Experience in incident management and change requests.
• Basic ABAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently within project teams.
• Willingness to grow into a senior consultant.
• Very good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP MM projects, rollouts, upgrades, and improvements.

• Provide 2nd level support and collaborate with external providers.
• Participate in testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.

• Support end-user training and maintain process docs.
• Participate in workshops and requirement validation.

• Analyse business requirements and implement SAP MM solutions according to defined standards
• Handle MM-related business demands, service requests, and change requests
• Support business demands and incident resolution related to integrated third-party applications
• Provide 2nd level application support and collaborate with external service providers
• Participate in testing activities, defect analysis, and bug fixing
• Configure and maintain SAP MM functionalities according to business requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and inventory management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, EWM, PP, FI/CO, and QM
• Support end-user training activities and maintain process documentation
• Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation activities
• Ensure compliance with defined SAP template standards and governance processes

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience working with SAP MM
• Good understanding of procurement, inventory management, and materials management processes
• Experience with SAP MM configuration and support activities
• Knowledge of SAP module integration, especially with SD, QM, EWM/WM, PP, and FI/CO
• Experience in incident management, change requests, and support processes
• Basic knowledge of SAP debugging and ABAP concepts is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating within project teams
• Willingness to learn and develop towards a senior consulting role
• Very good English language skills
