Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a skilled IAM/MFA specialist to join a Nordic-focused client project in a hybrid setup from Poland. You will act as a technical SME for MFA, support Identity and Access Management processes, including AD group management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve authentication challenges.

Fluent English is required, and experience with on-premises and cloud environments, SAML, Entra ID, and VPN tech is highly valued.

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on enhancing and stabilizing a multifactor authentication (MFA) solution in a hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environment. The role focuses on supporting and improving Identity and Access Management processes, as well as resolving complex authentication-related issues. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure secure and seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Act as a technical SME within the multifactor authentication (MFA) project in a hybrid environment
• Support and enhance Identity and Access Management processes, including AD group management
• Troubleshoot complex authentication issues using system logs and diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure secure system integrations
• Maintain system stability and drive continuous improvements in authentication solutions
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Hands-on experience working in on-premises and hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management, including Active Directory group memberships
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, including working with system and application logs
• Experience in collaborating with technical stakeholders and SMEs
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Experience with GPOs and network infrastructure
• Familiarity with VPN technologies, including Cisco AnyConnect
• Knowledge of SAML integrations (e.g. with VPN)
