Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a seasoned IT programme leader to own large-scale initiatives across a global network infrastructure. You will drive delivery from planning to execution, coordinating across diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

You will champion continuous improvement, manage budgets and risks, and mentor teams while communicating progress to senior leaders in a clear, engaging manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex IT projects and programmes, ideally within network infrastructure or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMI, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Ability to confidently manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
• Experience working across international, cross functional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and align senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong decision making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will drive effective change management and ensure new solutions are successfully adopted across the organisation.

The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 175 500–263 250 PLN.
