Job summary

Infinite Services Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver technology projects for international clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure successful delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

This role requires a hands-on approach, the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, and confidence in managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and changing requirements in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.


• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.


• Establish and maintain project plans, ensuring progress is continuously monitored against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.


• Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.


• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.


• Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, key risks, issues, and required decisions.


• Ensure that project priorities remain aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.


• Drive decision-making and proactively address obstacles that may impact project delivery.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget, and in line with the expected quality standards.


• Continuously improve project management processes, ways of working, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a complex technology environment.


• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering IT projects from initiation through to completion.


• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.


• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.


• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach to project delivery.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.


• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.


• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management platforms.


• PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or other relevant project management certification.


• Experience delivering projects for external clients or across multiple business units.


• Experience working in international or distributed teams.
