Job summary

Qemetica is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and quality across business and IT teams.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks and budgets, drive governance, and support digital transformation including AI and automation, with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a business or IT environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience in ERP system implementations (SAP or equivalent).
• Openness to business travel (mainly within Europe and the US).
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Genuine interest in new technologies, especially AI.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a business or IT environment. Experience in IT is not required – we’ll help you develop your passion for technology through dedicated training

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.
