Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will blend project management, analytics, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes across departments and communicate directly with stakeholders.

You will partner with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, drive change, and measure performance with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making; experience with AI in products or processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal project lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and requirements.
• Bridge between business and technical teams with clear alignment.
• Collaborate with product, design, development to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor performance KPIs and align with objectives.
• Lead business process implementation and adoption.
• Collect and analyze data to support decisions.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• Proactively identify process improvements and efficiency gaps.
