Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of new internal systems and business processes. You will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to gather requirements, drive improvements, and ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong stakeholder management, and an ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to decision-making,Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines
• English at least B2

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage
• Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes
• Lead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Proactively identify potential process improvements, efficiency gaps, and blind spots across teams and workflows
