Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal systems and business processes. The role blends project management, analytics, and stakeholder communication to drive process improvements across departments.

You will work with product, design and engineering teams to deliver on initiatives and measure outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational, planning and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process analysis and optimization, or product workflow buildup.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and both business and technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience with AI in products or business processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs and translate them into clear project requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers, design, development and other teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure stakeholder engagement through project phases.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs aligned with objectives.
• Lead business process implementation embedded into actual workflows.
• Collect and analyze data to support decisions and proposed solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
