Job Description
- Act as a central point of contact and subject‑matter expert for OT cybersecurity topics across projects and products
- Support the design, review, and validation of OT security architectures, including network segmentation, zones & conduits, and secure system integration
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of OT security standards, guidelines, and reference architectures
- Perform and coordinate OT security assessments, risk analyses, and maturity evaluations based on frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001
- Advise internal teams and customers on OT cybersecurity concepts, solution design, and best practices
- Support industrial projects by reviewing security concepts, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation measures
- Coordinate OT security topics with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors
- Participate in and contribute to internal expert groups and Communities of Practice
- Support internal awareness, knowledge sharing, and training activities related to OT cybersecurity
- Contribute to the development and commercialization of OT cybersecurity services as part of the broader business strategy
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Solid experience in OT / ICs environments, industrial automation, or industrial cybersecurity
- Hands‑on or architectural experience with OT cybersecurity, including:
- IEC 62443
- Industrial network segmentation and secure architectures
- Risk assessments and security concepts for OT environments
- Good understanding of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity principles
- Experience working with industrial cybersecurity tools (OT monitoring, intrusion detection, asset discovery)
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem‑solving
- English at a level enabling confident professional communication (German is a plus)
