Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT Support, IT Operations, or Helpdesk.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, AD/DNS/DHCP, VPNs.
• Familiar with Linux command line and basic lab hardware diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily L1/L2 support for ~130 local users, including user accounts, access, VPNs, and AD/DNS/DHCP setups.
• Lead hardware refresh cycles and 150+ laptop deployments via MECM/SCCM; manage onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
• Maintain engineering test platforms and lab hardware under Windows and Linux.
