Job summary

Greenbrier is seeking an IT Intern to support the IT team with day-to-day technical assistance in Poland. You will work with Microsoft-based workplace solutions, gain hands-on experience, and collaborate with an experienced IT team.

The internship lasts about 2–3 months, offers exposure to Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, Azure, and Autopilot, and provides mentoring, flexible hours, and a friendly atmosphere to develop technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate seeking IT career. Basic AD/AAD, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Independence and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with day-to-day technical issues and requests.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and maintenance on workstations.
• Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 apps and access management (AD/AAD).
• Assist IT team with ongoing tasks and projects; configure devices for end users.
• Troubleshoot, document solutions, and participate in operational activities.
