Job summary

Bosch is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support daily IT operations, including fleet management and LAN support, in a hands-on corporate environment. You will gain practical experience handling IT tickets and assisting end users while working closely with experienced specialists.

Being an IT student, you will develop technical skills, learn IT support practices, and grow communication abilities in a dynamic office setting in Poland.

Qualifications

• Being a current student of IT field
• Availability for work at least 30 hours per week
• Basic knowledge of LAN / networking
• Basic computer hardware knowledge
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Interest in workplace IT support and user assistance
• Ability to work with people and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
• Fluent Polish
• English at minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
• Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
• Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
• Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
• Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
• Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure
