Job summary

Bosch is seeking an IT Help Desk Intern to support daily IT operations at our office in Poland. You will assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling, gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment.

The role offers flexible working hours for students and a civil-law internship contract; you will learn from experienced specialists and contribute to end-user support and basic IT troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in IT field and available to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of LAN and computer hardware.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11 and basic IT support concepts.
• Fluent Polish with proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
• Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
• Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
• Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
• Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
• Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
• Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure
