Job summary

Bosch in Warsaw offers a paid IT Application Support internship designed to bridge technical support with real software development. You will investigate code, diagnose defects, and implement fixes under mentors’ guidance.

The role includes 2nd level support analysis, defect replication, bug resolution, and teamwork to share knowledge across an international engineering team. Hybrid work and study-friendly scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Active student status is required.
• Availability for min. 30 hours per week.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher for daily international communication.
• Foundational Java knowledge to read and trace runtime flow.
• Basic SQL with Oracle (SELECT, JOIN) to verify test data.
• Basic React understanding (components, state, JS/TS).
• Nice-to-have: Spring Boot or Hibernate familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support issue analysis by reviewing 2nd level reports and tracing execution flows (Java/React/Oracle).
• Assist in defect reproduction in test environments and document findings.
• Help design and implement straightforward code-level hotfixes.
• Support developers and support specialists in incident resolution and investigations.
