Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• Hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile device support, and endpoint technologies.
• Preferred: Windows Server environment and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support and maintain end-user technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft-based workplace solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize business disruption.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment and workplace technologies in accordance with global standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Perform system maintenance activities including software updates, patch management, asset management, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with users, global IT teams, and external vendors to support daily operations and IT projects.
