Job summary

UPS is seeking a skilled IT deployment and support specialist to deliver technology services across multiple locations in Poland. You will install, deploy and upgrade UPS approved software, hardware, and infrastructure, and provide technical guidance to customers.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, coordination of vendor visits, and hands-on support for landlines, mobile devices, and PBX systems, ensuring UPS IT standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A+ certification held.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) required.
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification required.
• CV must be in English.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support UPS approved technology products.
• Install, deploy, and upgrade software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Provide technical advice and training to customers.
• Coordinate installation tasks across UPS facilities, vendors, and customer sites.
• Perform network management, planning, and IT audits to meet UPS standards.
• Handle communications systems such as PBX and conferencing tools.
