Job summary

Socomec Group is seeking a Service engineer F/M/X for Poland, based in Łódź or Warsaw. You will install, commission, maintain and repair UPS systems, ensuring high-level customer support and system reliability.

You will perform on-site interventions across Poland, handle preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and coordinate subcontractors when needed, while documenting service reports in the CRM. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of power supply systems.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across Poland.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service interventions at customer locations across Poland.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on UPS systems and related products.
• Install and commission UPS equipment, battery systems, and associated solutions.
• Replace batteries and conduct discharge and performance testing.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when required on customer projects.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate information within the CRM system.
