Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to lead Service BST project delivery and transformation programs. You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality, while realizing business value.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, budgets, and staffing, and partner with IT and Service Business Unit leadership to drive digital initiatives and seamless handovers to operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT delivery with global programs.
• Experience with ERP transformations or post-merger integrations.
• Proven track record managing distributed teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-scope outcomes.
• Drive governance, reporting, and portfolio prioritization.
• Coordinate with IT and Service Business Unit leadership as delivery partner.
• Manage risks, budgets, and staffing for services projects.
