Outokumpu, a global leader in sustainable stainless steel, seeks an IT Change Management specialist in Katowice. You will manage the day-to-day Change Management process, coordinate risk assessments, and support RFCs across IT and infrastructure teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare CAB materials, and ensure proper approvals and documentation. Your role focuses on continuous improvement of the Change Management process and accurate ServiceNow reporting.

Competenze

• Significant experience in IT Change Management or IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud).
• Experience with ServiceNow including reports and change records.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day Change Management process, reviewing changes and coordinating updates.
• Assess proposed changes and coordinate impact and risk assessments with stakeholders.
• Support RFCs, vendor requests, supplier changes, and infrastructure activities.
• Review change documentation, collect feedback, and ensure information for implementation.
• Validate business impact, risks, dates, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT Change Coordinators, infrastructure teams and suppliers throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, scheduling, and close changes after completion.
• Manage approvals/rejections with documented authorization.
• Cancel changes when required and authorized.
• Prepare materials, schedule and facilitate CAB meetings.
• Communicate planned changes across teams.
• Ensure financial approvals where required.
• Identify and implement improvements to Change Management with Process Owner.
• Create and maintain Change Management reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
