• Experience in IT Service Management within a complex enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• Experience working with SAP-based business applications or enterprise business systems.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring stable and effective service delivery.
• Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release activities to maintain high service quality.
• Monitor service performance, define improvement initiatives, and ensure agreed service levels are met.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual service commitments are delivered.
• Support service planning, operational readiness, and continuous service improvements.
• Contribute to service roadmaps, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Manage service risks and support compliance with internal governance and security requirements.
• Lead stakeholder communication and coordinate service-related escalations when required.
