Hermes Reply specializes in architectural and technological solutions for the Automotive & Manufacturing sector. We are seeking a capable IT support professional to handle 2nd line support for critical applications and 1st line ticketing tasks, while maintaining strong client communication.

The role offers hybrid work options with periodic office visits and opportunities for professional development through internal and external trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related field.
• Very good knowledge of Italian language.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish.
• Availability to work in shifts and on-call.
• Minimum experience in ticket management.
• PL/SQL knowledge is a valuable plus.
• Hybrid or remote work with at least one office visit per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customer plants.
• Provide 1st line support for logistics processes using JIRA and TFS.
• Manage end-to-end communication with the client.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in our customers’ plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for more complex tickets.
• Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through utilization of ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server.
• Managing the end to end communication with the client.
