Job summary

Reply is seeking a motivated support specialist to join our hybrid team in Poland. You will provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customers' plants, handling workarounds, resolutions, analysis and escalation for complex tickets.

You will also provide 1st line support for advanced logistics processes using JIRA and Team Foundation Server, manage end-to-end client communications, and participate in ongoing training and collaboration within our internal community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum experience in ticket management.
• PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Good English and Polish language skills.
• Willingness to learn Italian.
• Shift work, on-call, and hybrid/remote with weekly office visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in our customers' plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for more complex tickets.
• Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through utilization of ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server.
• Managing the end to end communication with the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree, preferably in computer science or comparable studies.
• Minimum experience in ticket management is required.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish language.

• Availability to work in shifts and on-call.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.
