Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help maintain our IT infrastructure and end-user support. You will install workstations for new employees, resolve end-user issues both locally and remotely, and support local services including file and print servers and Active Directory.

You will provide IT support for events and meetings, travel to other offices as needed, operate and maintain corporate systems such as the service desk and version control, and prepare IT documentation

Qualifications

• Basic experience with end-user hardware, including laptops, PCs, monitors, printers and related peripherals.
• Foundational knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP, SSH) with troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like SVN and common end-user applications.
• Practical work experience using Linux operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills for macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft products and end-user IT support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Capacity to adapt to various hardware and software environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills within end-user support contexts.
