Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist users with hardware and software issues, manage equipment inventories, and oversee network permissions.

You will install software, repair minor hardware, and ensure antivirus and Office 365 licenses are properly managed. The role requires at least two years in a similar IT support position, strong Windows OS and networking basics, and good English for documentation and user communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar IT support role.
• At least secondary education.
• Knowledge of hardware repair and software installation.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic LAN/WAN networking and configuring network devices.
• Knowledge of Windows AD and MS Office 365 solutions.
• Strong English to read documentation and communicate with users.
• Willingness to work on-site at HQ near Wrocław (~35 km).

Requirements
