Your tasks
  • Handle users tickets for end-users in our European subsidaries, identify initial problem definition and provide IT technical support (remotely)
  • Track, monitor and maintain the resolution progress in accordance with ITSM incident management process
  • Inform users about the status of their requests and incident resolution progress
  • Install / Uninstall and configure software settings on users PCs, connect network printers and shares
  • Manage Active Directory users and computers
  • Monitor performance and maintain IT systems according to our Corporate IT Guidelines
  • Ensure information security through access controls, backups and firewall settings according to the Corporate Information Security Policy
  • Update our internal knowledge base with technical documentation
What we expect
  • Technical qualification in IT
  • Proven experience as System Administrator for minimum 2-3 years in a bigger international company (1000 and more users)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server OS (including server network services) as well as Microsoft Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, backup/recovery processes and corresponding tools, ITSM / Microsoft MOF
  • Ability to create scripts in PowerShell or similar
  • Microsoft Certification (e.g. MCTS, MCSA)
  • ITIL certification is preferable
  • Effective oral and written communications skills in Russian and English
