Job summary

AWS is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Poland within the Enterprise Support ISV segment. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive technical guidance to Independent Software Vendors and AWS customers to maximize cloud value.

You will engage with stakeholders up to C-level, help plan migrations, drive operational excellence, and ensure AWS environments stay healthy, secure, and cost-efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Technical Account Manager role or equivalent (Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform/Systems Engineer).
• Operational troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, DevOps, or container tech.
• Ability to articulate complex topics to senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide and advocate for customers within AWS.
• Ensure environments are healthy, cost-optimized, secure, and high-performing.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand business needs.
• Drive technical discussions on incidents, cost-benefit, risk, and trade-offs.
• Consult with developers up to C-suite executives across teams.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales.
