Job summary

AWS is seeking a Technical Account Manager for its Poland team in Kraków. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on AWS services and architecture while coordinating across teams to ensure successful cloud adoption.

Required languages include English and Polish, Russian, or Ukrainian. You will engage with enterprise customers, drive strategy, manage incidents and plan launches, with the opportunity to gain AWS certifications.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English plus one or more of Polish, Russian or Ukrainian for customer support and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in a role like Technical Account Manager, Consultant or Cloud Architect.
• Ability to discuss incidents, trade-offs and risk with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Maintain operational health of AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding business needs and technical challenges.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and partners across multiple levels.
