Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków, Poland seeks an accomplished IS/IT Service Manager to lead a cross-functional team delivering managed services. You will design roadmaps, oversee service performance, and manage budgets while strengthening stakeholder relationships.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise IT managed services, outsourcing, and ITIL-certified governance. You will drive continuous improvement and align plans with emerging technologies, in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IS/IT service management.
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise IT managed services and outsourcing market.
• Highly adept in vendor performance management tools and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with contract governance platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Passionate about stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management qualification is highly desirable.
• English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
