Job summary

Jobtailor in Warszawa seeks a dynamic Lead DevEx to guide and grow the global Developer Experience team. You will define and execute the DevEx strategy, focusing on automating workflows, setting standards, and creating reusable patterns to boost productivity across product teams.

You will partner with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure to optimize engineering workflows and advance platform adoption.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or enablement.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, IaC, and cloud-native tech.
Experience with engineering platforms/tools: GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira/Confluence.
Understanding of Platform Engineering, Internal Developer Platforms, DevSecOps, engineering governance.
Awareness of AI-driven engineering practices including AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, and AIOps.
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
