Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled IT professional in Warsaw to design, develop, and maintain Kotlin-based business applications. You will own solutions end-to-end—from requirements to production support—while ensuring scalability, performance, security and maintainability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to runbooks and documentation in a fast-paced logistics environment. Fluent English is required for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
• Solid experience in software development and maintenance of business applications.
• At least 3 years of experience with IT service management and incident management, preferably in a logistics environment.
• Experience working in Agile teams; DevOps experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem solving.
• Good understanding of business and IT processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, business-critical application components (Kotlin).
