Job summary

Templeton & Partners is seeking an experienced Investment Accounting Application Support Specialist for an international financial-services organisation. You will provide high-quality application and product support to global clients and internal teams.

Focus on fund accounting operations, investigate and resolve complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support critical incidents to restore services within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in investment management, fund accounting, financial services or a related environment.
• Practical experience in fund accounting and/or client services.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
• Confident communication skills and a genuinely client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including during critical incidents.
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to develop both product and technical knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality application and product support to global clients and internal business teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ fund-accounting operations, processes and workflows.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve complex accounting- and application-related issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to problem-management activities.
• Support critical incidents and help restore services within agreed service levels.
• Work closely with global support teams across regions and time zones.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and create clear support documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing and stronger support practices.
• Participate in testing activities where needed, including validating fixes and enhancements.
