Job summary

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a senior Fund Accounting support role with a leading global financial services firm.

You will provide day-to-day support for Eagle Accounting to clients and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and build a solid understanding of clients' accounting processes. The position offers a 12-month contract, an international environment, and hybrid work with four days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Fund Accounting, Investment Management, Financial Services, Client Services, or similar area.
• Experience with Fund Accounting and Client Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and accounting processes.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• Eagle product knowledge and basic SQL are welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop expertise in the product.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Eagle Accounting to clients and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
• Investigate and troubleshoot accounting and application issues, including root cause analysis.
• Build a strong understanding of clients' accounting processes and workflows.
• Work with global Product Support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support the team during critical incidents and help restore services quickly.
• Test system changes and new functionality to ensure they work as expected.
• Create and maintain documentation and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products and support processes.
