Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our 3PL hub in Warsaw. You will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, and lead the inventory team across multiple clients, ensuring stock integrity and timely operations.

You’ll collaborate with inbound, outbound, quality and IT teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and implement corrective actions. English at B2+, strong analytical skills, and leadership are essential; experience with WMS and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Area Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working in a 3PL / contract logistics environment.
• Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with WMS and Excel.
• Leadership skills and strong work organization.
• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce or high-volume warehouse operations.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Nice to have: Experience in an international work environment.
• Nice to have: Chinese language in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes and maintain high stock accuracy across multiple clients.
• Plan and execute cycle counts and full stock takes in a 3PL environment.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions - Lead and organize the work of the inventory team.
• Monitor system transactions and ensure WMS accuracy.
• Track and report inventory KPIs, client SLAs, and operational risks.
• Cooperate with inbound, outbound, quality, and IT teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and standardize processes.
