Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our 3PL hub in Warsaw. You will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, and lead the inventory team across multiple clients, ensuring stock integrity and timely operations.

You’ll collaborate with inbound, outbound, quality and IT teams, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and implement corrective actions. English at B2+, strong analytical skills, and leadership are essential; experience with WMS and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Area Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working in a 3PL / contract logistics environment.
• Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with WMS and Excel.
• Leadership skills and strong work organization.
• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce or high-volume warehouse operations.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Nice to have: Experience in an international work environment.
• Nice to have: Chinese language in speaking and writing.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor responsible for the Inventory area within a dynamic 3PL warehouse environment. The successful candidate will oversee stock accuracy, coordinate inventory processes, and lead a team supporting multiple clients and diverse operational requirements. The role includes root cause analysis of discrepancies, process optimization, and cross-functional cooperation to ensure high operational standards and service level compliance.
