The successful candidate will oversee stock accuracy, coordinate inventory processes, and lead a team supporting multiple clients and diverse operational requirements. The role includes root cause analysis of discrepancies, process optimization, and cross-functional cooperation to ensure high operational standards and service level compliance.• Oversee inventory control processes and maintain high stock accuracy across multiple clients• Plan and execute cycle counts and full stock takes in a 3PL environment• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions • Lead and organize the work of the inventory team• Monitor system transactions and ensure WMS accuracy• Track and report inventory KPIs, client SLAs, and operational risks• Cooperate with inbound, outbound, quality, and IT teams• Identify improvement opportunities and standardize processes**Requirements**• Experience in an Area Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a warehouse environment• Experience working in a 3PL / contract logistics environment• Practical knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes• English proficiency at minimum B2 level• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Experience working with WMS and Excel• Leadership skills and strong work organization**Nice to have**• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume warehouse operations• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies• Experience in an international work environment• Chinese language in speaking and writting*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
