Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Interplant Intern to support transfer pricing, standard cost pricing and intercompany billing activities. You will maintain master data, assist with data analysis and reconciliations, and gain exposure to ERP systems in a global setting.

The role offers hybrid work, paid internship, and opportunities to participate in finance transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal English and Polish communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in working with data and financial processes
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and update of transfer pricing master data in ERP systems
• Assist with intercompany billing and pricing processes across global entities
• Help manage master data change requests and related workflows
• Perform data validations and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support analysis of financial and operational data
• Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to support data integrity.

As an Interplant Intern, you will support transfer pricing, standard cost pricing and intercompany billing activities by maintaining master data, assisting with data analysis and reconciliations. This role offers excellent exposure to finance processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Interest in finance processes, data management, and ERP systems
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
