Biogen Poland in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountant to support monthly close activities, intercompany recharges, reconciliations, and COGS invoicing across multiple affiliates.
You will collaborate with Global Intercompany, Tax, and R2R teams, drive process improvements, ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies, and contribute to a fast-paced, international work environment.
In this role you will support the Global Intercompany Accounting Team in the execution of critical monthly close activities, including intercompany recharges, account reconciliations, intercompany paydowns, COGS invoicing, and various cross-functional projects. This role requires close collaboration with the Global Intercompany Team, International Controllers, Corporate Tax, and Record-to-Report (R2R) teams in Poland and China. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of global intercompany accounting processes.
You have experience working with intercompany accounting processes and understand the demands of a fast-paced monthly close environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. You communicate effectively across teams and functions and are comfortable escalating risks when necessary to prevent closing delays or control deficiencies. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and take ownership of your work while continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
We offer employment till end of June 2027. This role is in hybrid model of work. Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland #LI-Hybrid

The base compensation range for this role is: zł111,000.00-zł148,500.00
