Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH offers an internship in the S2P Direct team in a hybrid setup in Wrocław. You will gain insight into source-to-pay processes for the EMEA region while supporting day-to-day tasks and learning on the job.

The position

As part of your studies or as a graduate, are you interested in an internship with an internationally successful company that has already received several awards as the best employer and is one of the world's leading manufacturers of innovative pharmaceuticals?

If accounting is in your area of interest, we can offer you a paid internship in the S2P Direct team in an international environment.

You can take the opportunity to gain an insight into source to pay processes for EMEA region and actively accompany them.

The paid internship is scheduled to begin in November or December 2026 and is planned to last 6 months in a hybrid mode in Wrocław.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a S2P Direct Intern, you will:

• Assist with providing order confirmations to the internal Business Partners.
• Support with non-complex inquiries about unpaid invoices.
• Support S2P Direct team with processing request in ServiceNow.

You should speak German and English (both min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.
