Job summary

UBS is offering a paid internship in Kraków within the Swiss HR Operations Team. You will handle simple HR queries related to exit topics for employees based in Switzerland and keep employee records up to date in internal HR systems.

The role is in a hybrid Kraków setup, up to 40 hours per week, for a period of up to six months, providing exposure to a global financial services environment and collaboration with HR colleagues.

• Fluent in English, French and / or German is a plus
• Ability to stay on track when two days are not the same
• Sharp eye for detail

The team

You’ll be working in the Swiss HR Operations Team in Krakow in a hybrid model. Your goal in daily work will be: to provide the best client service possible and at the same time always act as a team supporting each other.

Your paid internship will last up to 6 months, ideally for 40 hours / week (with the flexibility regarding working hours).
