Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to grow in sales and customer support.
• Good organization and commitment.
• Strong analytical skills (MS Excel and Power BI).
• Communicative English skills (minimum B1).
• Teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales department in preparing quotations and offers for customers;
• Contacting clients to gather feedback and clarify their needs;
• Taking an active part in sales meetings as a member of the team;
• Collaborating with teams across the EU and globally - email and system communications are conducted in English;
• Learning and operating transport systems (especially for international and domestic groupage shipments);
• Contributing to company development through active involvement in sales-related activities;
• Participating in international training sessions and having the opportunity to take part in management development programs.
